activate the gprs plan in ur mobile...
then make the balance below 5 rs...
connect it to your computer n choose any proxy with port otherthan 8080..for example u cn use a proxy wit port 3128..

in firefox tk tools--> options--> advancd--> network--> settings

i'm using it and working perfetcly for the last 6 months..

for proxies goto rpoxy4free.com or freeproxylists.com or atleast give serach at google.com

PS::if u didnt make the balance below 5rs the balance will decrease daily by 9 rs in new gprs plans or 5 in old plans..

PS:roxy will have to be changed on a monthly basis...

PS::u can use it on ur fon too...for this edit ur access point n take advanced settings..in that change the proxy n port..

perfectly workin in kerala..i'm not sure in the case of other states of india..
